Refund policy
When you get your money back, and how. Hetscale is sold through Paddle, which returns the money the way you paid.
14 days, no questions asked
Within 14 days of the first payment for a subscription, you can ask for a full refund of that payment and of any plan change you paid for since. Within 14 days of a yearly renewal, you can ask for a full refund of the renewal.
Monthly renewals are not refunded. You can cancel at any time on the billing page, and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Plan changes and credit
A change of plan is prorated at once. A downgrade, or a move from yearly to monthly billing, can leave the unused part of your current period as credit at Paddle. Paddle uses that credit for your next payments and shows it on your invoices; it is not paid back to your card.
How to ask
Write to support@hetscale.com from the address of your account within the 14 days, and name your organisation or the invoice number. For questions about the payment itself you can also reach Paddle at paddle.net.
What happens next
Paddle, the merchant of record, returns the money to the payment method you used, with the VAT it charged. When it shows on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
A refund ends the subscription at once. Your groups then follow the rules of a cancellation: scaling and healing go on for 14 days, then Hetscale only observes them. Nothing is removed from your Hetzner projects, and what Hetzner charges for your servers is not part of the refund.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit the rights you have under the law of your country, such as a consumer's right of withdrawal, or those in Paddle's buyer terms. The operator of Hetscale is Ahmet Bora, a sole proprietorship registered in Türkiye, Golden Tulips Residence No: 145/29, Kartal/İstanbul, Türkiye.
